About Global Mirror

We believe that global economic transparency belongs to everyone. Our mission is to strip away the complexity of international finance and show you exactly where you stand in the world.

Real-Time Reality
Most economic data is months or years old. Global Mirror combines historical benchmarks with real-time exchange rates to give you a "Live Mirror" of your purchasing power today.
Trusted Sources
Our dashboard is powered by the same data used by the world's leading financial institutions, including the **World Bank**, the **IMF**, and live currency markets.
The PPP Engine
We use Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) to calculate "Lifestyle Equivalency." This tells you what $1,000 actually buys you in London versus what it buys you in Mumbai.
Privacy First
We don't collect names, emails, or personal identifiers. Your salary and city data stay in your browser's local state unless you choose to share a suggestion with us.

Methodology

Global Mirror uses a hybrid data engine. For major global hubs, we use curated cost-of-living indices that track everything from rent and utilities to the price of a cup of coffee.

For smaller cities, we use a sophisticated fallback model that combines national World Bank PPP data with real-time currency fluctuations. This allows us to provide an economic "Mirror" for virtually any populated place on Earth.
